CoopsOpen.com is the first and only weigh station status service in the world! Our service is simple, easy to use, free, and helps you avoid costly fines. By knowing whether or not the coops are open, you can make sure your logs are in order and your load is legal BEFORE you ever approach an open coop. A simple log book violation can cost as much as $1000.00 per occurence. An overweight ticket can cost even more! Let's face it, no one logs while they are driving, and who pulls over every 2 hours to write in a comic book? With CoopsOpen.com, you'll know when and where you need to pull over and catch up your log book before you ever approach a scale!
How It Works:
After downloading the iPhone or Android version of the app and becoming a member of the CoopsOpen.com website for free, you'll be able to log in to the app 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to see the status of any of the weigh stations in our database. After you pass a coop, you'll be prompted to update it's status, and the other users of the service will instantly be able to see it's new status.
